Combat-Ready Strength Training

COMBAT-READY STRENGTH

This ain't your typical strength program. We're building functional power that translates to real combat situations. Heavy compound lifts mixed with explosive movements - think deadlifts into box jumps, overhead press into medicine ball slams. Four days a week, you'll be gassed but stronger than ever.

Gothic Powerlifting Programs

GOTHIC POWERLIFTING

Pure strength, dark aesthetics. We're talking the big three - squat, bench, deadlift - but programmed with periodization cycles that actually work. I've competed myself, so I know what it takes to add serious weight to your total. This program's brutal but it delivers.

Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning

MMA CONDITIONING

You wanna fight? Then you gotta condition like a fighter. This program combines technical striking drills with metabolic conditioning that'll test your limits. Heavy bag work, pad drills, grappling cardio, and strength circuits. Warning: you're gonna hate me during this one.

Group HIIT Classes

GROUP HIIT CLASSES

Misery loves company, right? These group sessions are intense 45-minute beatdowns that combine bodyweight movements, kettlebells, battle ropes, and whatever else I feel like torturing you with that day. The energy's insane and you'll push harder than you would solo.

Boot Camp Classes

BOOT CAMP CLASSES

Real Programming

None of that "do 3 sets of 10" generic garbage. Every program's got proper progression models, deload weeks, and auto-regulation built in. I've spent years figuring out what actually works, and you're getting all that knowledge.

Form Check Access

All program members get monthly form checks. Film your lifts, send 'em over, and I'll tear apart your technique (constructively, I promise). Good form means better gains and fewer injuries. Simple math.

Private Community

24/7 Facility Access

Work weird hours? No problem. All program members get round-the-clock access to the facility. Train at 3am if that's your thing. We don't judge - well, we judge your squat depth, but not your schedule.
